- A: All orders being shipped ground should be received in 5-7 business days.

- A: Yes! It is very easy and straight forward. Just go under my account > select create account. Here just fill out your Full Name, email address, and password. Once you have done this you are all set. Upon checking out, we will ask for some more information about your pet. This information will be saved on your account so that future orders are quick and easy!
- Q: What information is needed in creating an account?
- A: When creating an account online, we will ask for your information along with all the necessary information about your pet so we can assure that we are dispensing the proper medication for your animal. You will be asked to provide your pets age, weight, breed, along with medical conditions. This information will be saved to your account for quick orders in the future. - A: Yes, as long as it is within 30 days from the date of purchase and is not a prescription product.
